Background
The Property Development and Management Training Package (PRD01) was endorsed in May 2001.
A first phase review of the Package was completed in December 2003 with the lodgement of the review report with the Australian National Training Authority. Click here to see the report. Report recommendations will be actioned by CPSISC and a revised version of the Training Package will be available in 2005.
Sectors and Qualifications
When first endorsed the Property Development and Management Training Package (PRD01) contained qualifications for the Real Estate and Stock and Station Agency sectors. It was later extended to include the Spatial Information Services Sector (2002), the Business Broking sector (2003) and in 2004 the Property Operations and Development sector.
Qualifications for the Disability Access Consulting sector are currently in development. Click here for more information on the Disability Access standards.
