Step 4 to implementation: CONDUCT

 

This step involved the conduct of training and assessment activities.  It will include development of session notes, conduct of a recognition process, and delivery of training and assessment.

Workplace assessment

§         Workplace assessment is conducted (or realistic simulation of the workplace)

§         Competency log to be used to officially record competency achievement as a result of training and workplace experience
