Fees and Information (please read)

Early Bird closing date is 21st July 2011. Early Bird and Full Registration (Monday 29 August - Tuesday 30 August) includes daily catering, the Welcome Reception and the Conference Dinner and Pre- Dinner drinks .

Conference only includes daily catering but does not include attendance at any of the Conference social functions (the Conference Dinner and Pre- Dinner drinks).

Conference Dinner only includes Pre- dinner drinks and the Conference Dinner.

Table of 10 at Conference Dinner included Pre- dinner drinks and the Conference Dinner.

 
The registration fees for the CPSISC National Confrence 2011 - The Future Workforce in Melbourne will be:

Early Bird (closes 21 July 2011)	$600
Standard Registration (after early bird)	$680
Conference only	$550
Conference Dinner only	$180

 Cancellation Policy

Should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is always welcome at no extra charge but CPSISC must be notified in writing by Monday 22 August 2011.
Alternatively, a full refund (less $50 to cover administration costs) will be made for cancellations received in writing up to Monday 8 August 2011.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after Monday 8 August 2011.

All changes and cancellations must be made in writing (email to info@cpsisc.com.au). No changes or cancellations will be accepted verbally or by fax.
