Nationwide House Energy Rating Scheme (NatHERS) qualification development The National Framework of Energy Efficiency Buildings Implementation Committee (NFEE-BIC) via the Department of Climate Change and Energy Efficiency (DCCEE), has contracted the Construction and Property Services Industry Skills Council (CPSISC) to develop the qualification(s) for the Nationwide House Energy Rating Scheme (NatHERS) assessors. |
