General Information
The following information is provided to assist you with your attendance at the Conference. Dress
Dress throughout the Conference is smart casual. Dress for coference dinner is cocktail.
Privacy
CPSISC Conference Support will gather and record personal information necessary for your attendance at the Conference. Personal information will be gathered, stored and disseminated in accordance with the National Privacy Principles. For more information about CPSISC privacy policy click here.
Photocopying at the Conference
If you are a presenter, please ensure you bring a sufficient number of handouts for your session. Unfortunately, CPSISC cannot be responsible for costs in relation to production of speaker handouts. If you require items to be photocopied at the Conference, this will be at your own cost and may be done through the venue.
Smoking
The Conference and all social functions are non-smoking.
Name Badges
Name badges will be issued when registering at the Conference. For security purposes the Conference name badge must be worn at all times during the conference.
Parking
Crown has two car parks with over 5,000 spaces. Download the Crown Car Park Location Guide and Map for points of entry.

Accommodation Accounts
All accommodation accounts must be settled with the hotel on check-out. CPSISC will not be responsible for accommodation accounts not pre-arranged.
Weather
During August, the weather is frequently cold and cloudy. The few days of calm sunny weather are accompanied by cold nights with frost or fog. Fog usually forms late in the evening and clears by mid-morning, but occasionally persists for the whole day . There are usually a few very cold days with strong southerly winds and showers. Please ensure you have warm clothes for evening functions.
Special Requirements
Please note any special requirements, for example dietary or mobility, when registering for the Conference. All special requirements will be forwarded to the venue prior to the start of the Conference. For pre-arranged special dietary requirements, please make yourself known to the waiting staff at all functions and your meal will be delivered to you.

Registration Desk
The registration desk will be located in the level 1, foyer of the Conference Centre and will be open for most hours during the Conference. Detailed opening and closing times will be notified on this site, closer to the event.
