Certificate III in Signage – Continuous Improvement
CPC08 Construction, Plumbing and Services Training Package
The Construction and Property Services Industry Skills Council (CPSISC), through its continuous improvement process, is responding to representations from the Signage industry requesting that two new units be included in the current CPC32111 Certificate III in Signage to reflect the training needs of the industry.
The following units proposed to be included in the elective pool of the Certificate III in Signage have been drafted and industry feedback is requested:
- Produce airbrushed signage
- Produce digital signage using advanced software applications
It has also been recommended by Sign Industry representatives that consideration be given to removal of the following elective units from the current Certificate III in Signage:
- BSBSMB301A Investigate micro business opportunities
- BSBSMB406A Manage small business finances
- CPCCCM2008A Erect and dismantle restricted height scaffolding
- CPCCC02013A Carry out concreting to simple forms
- CPCCSI3014A Manufacture gas-charged glass-formed illuminated signage
- TLILIC108A Operate a forklift
