Continuous Improvement

The Continuous Improvement of the CPC08 Construction qualifications and units of competency is an ongoing project addressing industry needs including changes in technology and work practices.

National stakeholder consultation on all proposed enhancements to the CPC08 Construction, Plumbing and Services Training Package is overseen by the CPSISC Construction Industry Advisory Committee (CIAC).

The Continuous Improvement Process: 

·         Stakeholders lodge issues/recommendations for ‘continuous improvement’ enhancements to CPC08 via the online CPSISC ‘Continuous Improvement Management System

·         The CIAC in the first instance, consider all proposed continuous improvement proposed changes. 

·         National stakeholder consultation will occur. 

·         All stakeholder feedback is reviewed and final recommendation made by the CIAC
