The Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAA40104) has become the standard teaching qualification in the vocational education and training (VET) sector. The certificate has been under considerable scrutiny from the time of its development to the present.
So, what do individual practitioners say about their expectations of and experiences with the TAA41014 program?
This webinar will present some insightful commentary from graduates of the Certificate IV gathered soon after their completion of the qualification and then again six months after putting their learning into action in the field.
