Real Estate Institute of Australia (REIA)

The Strata Community Association (SCA) is the peak industry body for Body Corporate and Community Title Management in Australia and New Zealand. Membership includes body corporate managers, support staff, committee members and suppliers of products and services to the industry. SCA fulfils the dual roles of a professional institute and consumer advocate.

 

Surveying and Spatial Sciences Institute (SSSI)

Surveying and Spatial Sciences Institute (SSSI) is the national peak body catering for the professional people who make up the spatial information industry. SSSI gives a voice to the members of the spatial science community in both the national and international arena.

 

Swimming Pool and Spa Association Australia (SPASA)

The Swimming Pool and Spa Association Australia (SPASA) is the national peak body representing the swimming pool and spa industry.  Members of SPASA include leading pool builders, manufacturers, suppliers, retailers, technical servicemen, subcontractors, installers, consultants and other allied trades, all of whom set themselves apart from the rest of the industry by setting standards of skill, workmanship and ethical business behaviour in the best interests of pool and spa owners. SPASA is also a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) recognised by the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA).

The Australian Brick and Blocklaying Training Foundation

The Australian Manufacturing Workers’ Union

The Australian Security Industry Association Limited (ASIAL)

The Australian Security Industry Association Limited (ASIAL) is the peak national body representing 85 per cent of the security industry in Australia.  ASIAL provides advice, assistance and representation to members in the security sector and has been committed to promoting standards and safeguarding public interests since 1969.

 

The Australian Sign & Graphics Association

The Australian Sign & Graphics Association is the peak body representing Signmakers, Sign Installers, Signwriters, Graphic Designers, Sign Educators and Apprentices who use sign making equipment such as digital printing machines, engraving, laser and routing equipment, LEDs and neon products. The primary aims are to build a professional industry through providing a useful resource identity and providing ongoing education and training.

The Australian Workers Union (AWU)

The Australian Workers Union (AWU) is Australia’s largest and oldest blue-collar trade union representing more than 100,000 working men and women.  Formed in 1886, the AWU strives to be the best provider of employee representation in Australia.  From its beginnings representing shearers and miners, the union has grown to be Australia’s most diverse, now representing workers across many industry sectors including manufacturing and construction.

 

The Building Designer Association of Australia

The Building Designer Association of Australia is the leading professional body for building designers and represents the interests, standards and professional development of Building Designers in every state and territory of Australia.  The Association encourages design excellence from its members, promotes the benefits of good building design to the public and supports the development of relevant education and training standards.

The Construction, Forestry, Mining and Energy Union (CFMEU)

The Construction, Forestry, Mining and Energy Union (CFMEU) is Australia’s main trade union for workers in the building and construction industry.  The CFMEU has offices in all capital cities and in many major regional centres.  The union has over 100,000 members across Australia.

The Communications, Electrical and Plumbing Union (Plumbing Division)

The Communications, Electrical and Plumbing Union (CEPU) is a trade union representing the interests of workers in these industry sectors.  The CEPU provides industrial representation, protection from unfair work practices and injury coverage to and from work.  The Plumbing Division is a member of the CPSISC Board.

 

The Elevating Work Platform Association of Australia

The Elevating Work Platform Association of Australia is the peak representative body of this specialised industry, including elevated work platforms, telescopic handlers and yellow card accreditation.  Members include rental companies, manufacturers, suppliers, end-users, trainers and specialised support and service companies that cover the full spectrum of this industry.
