CPSISC now has User Guides available for the CPC08 Construction, Plumbing and Services Training Package. The guide is an online resource designed to provide highly accessible information, advice and tools to assist all users of the Training Package.

The guide is divided into ‘generic’ and ‘sector’ specific information, depending on what you need to know, or how you wish to use the Package. The generic user guide will give you a broad overview of the Training Package itself, and general information about the Australian Vocational Education and Training system. The sector specific guides provide detailed information for each construction industry sector covered by the Package, including strategies and tools to support implementation.

They provide up-to-date advice and links relating to career and learning pathways and licensing requirements, as well as processes and strategies for implementing units, skill sets and qualifications. They can even help you to use the Training Package for human resources functions within enterprises (eg selection and recruitment).

Whether you are a trainer or assessor, employer, learner or job seeker, or other interested person, this guide will be valuable in helping you to use and understand the CPC08 Training Package. Follow the links for more information.
