Formal Training for Electronic Security Installer/Servicers - Advanced

The Certificate III in Security Equipment provides the training required to be an electronic security installer and servicer. The qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply a range of well-developed skills and knowledge to electronic installation.

To be awarded the Certificate III in Security Equipment, you need to successfully complete 25 units of competency (sometimes referred to as subjects).

A Registered Training Organisation (TAFE or private provider) could offer a course similar to the one listed below. It cover the skills and knowledge typically required by an electronic security equipment installer and servicer.
