  • As a team leader, you need to use co-operative approaches to get the best performance from your team. In this role you are responsible for coaching and mentoring team members and encouraging them to generate new ideas and innovative approaches.
  • You must also take responsibility for expanding your own knowledge of computer systems and how they can best be used in electronic security applications. In this context, an ability to actively seek new opportunities to improve your skills and techniques is highly desirable.
