Training Program for a Small Business Manager
The Certificate IV in Small Business Management reflects the role of individuals who use well-developed skills and a broad knowledge base in a wide variety of small business contexts. They apply solutions to a defined range of unpredictable problems and analyse and evaluate information from a variety of sources.
To be awarded the Certificate IV in Small Business Management, you need to successfully complete a total of ten units of competency (sometimes referred to as subjects). Four of the units are compulsory and the remaining six are elective units which must be selected according to the qualification packaging rules.
