Training Program for Security Operations Managers
The Certificate IV in Frontline Management provides the training for the role of an operations manager. Training at this level reflects the role of individuals who take the first line of management in a wide range of organisational and industry contexts. They may have existing qualifications and technical skills in any given vocation or profession, yet require skills or recognition in supervisory functions. Typically someone working as a frontline manager would report to a manager.
To be awarded the Certificate IV in Frontline Management, you need to successfully complete a total of 10 units of competency (sometimes referred to as subjects or modules). Four units of competency are compulsory and the remaining six are elective units which must be selected according to the qualification packaging rules.
