The Certificate II in Business provides the training required for work as an administrative assistant. Training at this level requires you to apply a limited range of administrative competencies in varied work contexts, such as drafting routine correspondence in line with organisational standards of style, format and accuracy.

To be awarded the Certificate II in Business, you need to successfully complete a total of 12 units of competency (sometimes referred to as subjects or modules).
